✅ Booking Terms and Conditions of Use Your booking is confirmed once the quotation has been approved and the corresponding payment has been completed through our website. Payment constitutes a firm and final confirmation of your booking, subject to the availability of the requested equipment. By completing the payment, the renter acknowledges that they have read and accepted the General Rental Terms and Conditions (GTC) without reservation. The renter also confirms that they have been informed of the rental procedures, delivery and collection arrangements, as well as the conditions governing the use of the equipment. All equipment is supplied in good working order, complies with current safety standards, and is regularly inspected. The renter is solely responsible for the installation, proper use, and supervision of the equipment throughout the rental period. Easy Baby Rental provides delivery and collection of the equipment only. Installation is not included and remains the sole responsibility of the renter. Completion of the payment constitutes contractual acceptance of these terms and conditions. "All our equipment is carefully inspected before each rental.
