Terms and Conditions for Equipment Collection, Delivery and Return (QR Code Form to Be Completed Before Each Rental)
1. Equipment Collection and Delivery Times
Equipment collection or delivery takes place exclusively during opening hours, as follows: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for deliveries, and collection in Cannes La Bocca 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The times communicated at the time of booking are indicative only. They may be modified depending on operational constraints, particularly those relating to scheduling, logistical requirements or availability.
The service provider reserves the right to modify collection or delivery times, provided that the customer is informed within a reasonable timeframe. Such changes shall not give rise to any dispute or entitlement to compensation.
2. Organisation of Services
Collection and delivery services are scheduled according to an overall timetable that takes into account all ongoing rentals.
Consequently, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The customer agrees to return the equipment:
Cleaning or repair fees may be charged if the returned equipment requires additional cleaning or repairs. The applicable amounts are specified in the General Rental Terms and Conditions.

If the equipment is returned in an unacceptable condition, the service provider reserves the right to charge the customer for:

Discovering after booking that the equipment is already available at the property shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

By confirming the rental, the customer acknowledges that the equipment is in good condition and fit for use, and accepts full responsibility for its installation, use and supervision.

- The delivery service includes only the transportation of the equipment and its handover to the customer or their representative. Delivery does not include installation, assembly or setting up the equipment inside the accommodation.

- No guarantee of an exact collection or delivery time can be required.
The equipment is provided to the customer in good working order and is deemed to be clean.
The customer agrees to return the equipment:
- In the same condition as when it was provided.
- Clean.
- Complete, including all accessories supplied.

Your booking is confirmed once the quotation has been approved and the corresponding payment has been completed through our website.
Payment constitutes a firm and final confirmation of your booking, subject to the availability of the requested equipment.
By completing the payment, the renter acknowledges that they have read and accepted the General Rental Terms and Conditions (GTC) without reservation.
The renter also confirms that they have been informed of the rental procedures, delivery and collection arrangements, as well as the conditions governing the use of the equipment.
All equipment is supplied in good working order, complies with current safety standards, and is regularly inspected.
The renter is solely responsible for the installation, proper use, and supervision of the equipment throughout the rental period.
Easy Baby Rental provides delivery and collection of the equipment only. Installation is not included and remains the sole responsibility of the renter.
Completion of the payment constitutes contractual acceptance of these terms and conditions.
